Fleet

Your operators should not be your buyers.

Keys Please runs acquisition for companies that need vehicles in more than one city—and for the ones that will. Transparent fee. No dealer spiffs. A repeatable program instead of a new negotiation every cycle.

Mixed-make, one throat to choke

Trucks, vans, SUVs, and the executive sedan do not need three dealer relationships. They need one desk that can shop all of them.

Replacement cycles, not fire drills

We map in-service dates, residual risk, and mileage so units roll off before they become a problem—and the next ones are already inbound.

Multi-site delivery

Yard in Phoenix, office in Dallas, crew in Boise. We source close to each site when we can. If a unit has to travel, Keys Please runs that logistics so your people don’t.

Managers stay at work

No more losing a supervisor to a four-hour close. Specs in, keys out. Exceptions escalate to your Keys Please desk, not to a rotating closer.

How a program starts

From spec sheet to in-service.

  1. 01 Profile

Duty cycle, upfits, brand constraints, capital vs. operating, who signs.

  2. 02 Market

We price the class across regions—not against a single fleet manager’s favorite rooftop.

  3. 03 Sequence

Orders, in-stock, and CPO blended so you are never waiting on one factory slot.

  4. 04 Land

Title, plates, transport to each site. Exceptions documented. Next cycle already dated.

Workspace with vehicle research and keys

Scale

Two units is a fleet if they matter.

Commercial is a flat $750, or a flat $1,000 if the vehicle needs an upfit — vinyl wrap, a flatbed, van equipment, a crane, or other specialty equipment. No surprises. We work with owner-operators adding a second truck and with regional teams rotating dozens of vehicles a year. The difference is volume logistics, not respect.

Next step

Send the spec. Keep your people on the job.

Fleet intake takes about twenty minutes. You will leave with a written fee, a sourcing plan, and no obligation to a rooftop.
